When uploading W2’s and 1099’s, Does TaxTaker need all employees who worked that year or just the employees assigned to R&D work?
We only need information on the employees/contractors that are involved in R&D. You can omit non-R&D employee/contractors if you'd like.
If you are unsure of their R&D involvement, feel free to leave them on the list and we can discuss their involvement during your project review call.
