How to create agents accounts

With TaxTaker, everyone at your firm can have individual accounts to all manage clients under one ecosystem.

Agent accounts should be created for each individual at your firm who works or will be working on R&D tax credit claims. There is no limit to how many agents you can have but it's important to note that each claim is typically only associated with two agents. This helps create a better review process and in turn a more accurate claim.

To create an agent user:

  1. Have the CPA master admin login to their TaxTaker account
  2. Click on Create Agent

  3. Fill in the account information and set a strong password for security.
  4. Share login information with your coworker.
